August 21, 2026 Rockport Repeat-Angler Full-Day Trip
It was great having Chance Combs back on the boat for another year. Chance and one other angler joined me for a full day on the Rockport bay waters, and we put together a productive trip with black drum, a solid dockside catch, and plenty of time to enjoy the experience.
Returning customers mean a lot to me. Chance already knew how I run my trips, and I appreciated the opportunity to work hard for him again and help both anglers get the most out of their day.

That means I explain what we are doing, help with the rods and gear when needed, and stay patient while each angler gets settled in. I also keep working to put the boat in the best position I can as conditions and the bite change.
Fishing never comes with guarantees, but preparation, effort, local knowledge, and personal attention are things I can bring to every charter. Chance returning for a second year—and already looking forward to the next trip—is exactly the kind of experience I work to create.
